Summer Nutrition Class- If Anyone is Interested!

To All district personnel:

Here is a synopsis of the nutrition course we are holding at Morgan
Elementary School starting next Tuesday evening at 6:00-7:00 pm. My
husband took the course and had amazing results. All of his blood levels
improved, he has more energy, he sleeps better, he has not had asthma or
allergy problems, he lost 18 pounds naturally, and he feels so much
better. His over all health has dramatically improved. He is sold on the
life style change that has made it possible. This program taught him how
to eat and why you need to eat the way they suggest. I am excited to
learn the research based information, some of which he has already
shared with me. Join us the first night to see if the program is
something you might be interested in. Email me if you have further
questions.

Tana Carrigan was born on July 1. She was raised in
Syracuse/Hooper area and then moved to Morgan at
14.
She is currently working on her Veterinarian
Technician degree and should be completed with in
two years.
She was married to Tyler on April 3, 2009 at the
Bountiful Temple. She and Tyler met in high school.
They ran around with the same group and when she
found out that he was available she asked him out!
Her hobbies and interests include horses, barrel racing,
and her animals. She likes arts, crafts and she would
like to have time to paint. Some things she says you
may not know about her is that she is really bossy and
shy at the same time. She also says that she is
stubborn and if told that she cannot do something, she
will definitely do it! Her favorite hymn is "If You Could
High To Kolob." Her favorite scripture is 1 Nephi 3:7.

Joni Bowen was born July 12, 1983 in Logan, Utah but spent most of her youth in South Weber. She attended BYU-Idaho where she earned her BS in Horticulture with a minor in Culinary Arts. Her husband Justin and her were married December 3rd, 2009 in the SLC Temple. They met in the singles ward in South Weber. He sat down next to her in Sunday School and later got her number and asked her out. Joni plays the piano and loves to draw and paint (although she hasn’t done it in years). She enjoys scrapbooking and reading. She loves to cook and especially looks forward to the Holidays when she can make all different kinds of treats. Joni served a mission in Oslo, Norway where she learned to speak Norwegian. One fun fact about Joni is that when she started dating her husband, Justin, she set foot inside of a branding corral for the 1st time. Despite the fact that she had never branded or castrated anything he still married her!! Joni’s favorite hymn is How Firm a Foundation and her favorite scripture is John 14:27.
